Important Information about Email Notifications

The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.

Beefree and RGE Studio use several different email platforms and ways to communicate important information to you. 

Occasionally these emails may be delayed or can land in your junk/spam folder due to corporate IT settings, firewalls, or other security measures. 

Which emails may be affected? 

Examples of emails impacted can include:

• @ mentions and replies for commenting
• Approval Flow email notifications
• User invitations and join requests
• CDN overage notifications 
• Password resets
• Activation and confirmation emails
• Test sends from within the editor

What You Can Do

To ensure you reliably receive RGE Studio emails, we recommend safelisting the following addresses. This is important for organizations using strict spam filters or secure email gateways.
