Beefree App is now RGE Studio!
The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.

The short version: your account, your work, your price, and your plan are all exactly as you left them. The product you use every day is now called RGE Studio. 

It's the same creation environment, now with a name that reflects where it lives — inside the Really Good Emails world — and with new capabilities built to help you work faster. 

YOUR ACCOUNT & YOUR WORK  

Q: Do I need to do anything because of this change?

No. Your current account, plan, contract, and workflows continue as‑is. There is no required migration or action on your side.

Q: Will my account still work? Do I need to create a new one?

Your existing account works exactly as before — no action needed. Same login, same data, same settings, same image locations.

Q: Will all my designs, templates, and saved work still be there?

Yes, completely. Every email, landing page, template, and saved asset is still in your account, untouched.

Q: Will my team members and their access still be set up the same way?

Yes. Organization structure, team members, roles, and permissions are all unchanged.

Q: Where do I log in now? Does my old login link still work?

The login page is now moved to reallygoodemails.com/login. However, your existing login link still works and automatically redirects you. You will not find yourself locked out or lost.

Q: What happens if I already have both a Beefree account and an RGE login?

If your accounts share the same email address, they’ll be automatically merged. If not, they will stay separate for now. 

Q: Will my integrations and API connections still work?

Yes. Integrations and API connections are unaffected. You may need to re-authenticate your connectors. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help.

PRICING & YOUR CONTRACT  

Q: Is my price changing?

We didn't change our pricing, and you are still free to downgrade or upgrade.

Q: Is my plan changing?

We are always improving our features, but your RGE Studio plan is the same as your Beefree plan. You can continue to upgrade or downgrade as you wish.

Q: I’m on a non-profit plan: Is my plan changing?

No. Your plan and conditions stay the same. 

Q: Do I need to sign a new contract?

No. Your existing contract remains in effect. The legal entity behind RGE Studio is still BEE Content Design, Inc. — your contract counterpart has not changed.

Q: Will my billing date or payment method be affected?

No. The payment process is exactly as before. The only change you may see is that the merchant name on your credit card bill (statement) will now be "Beefree | RGE".

Q: I have 'Beefree' in my internal documentation or procurement. Do I need to update those?

Not immediately. The legal entity hasn’t changed, so references in contracts and procurement remain accurate. For internal docs that name the product, you may want to update 'Beefree' to 'RGE Studio' over time — but there is no urgency.

THE PRODUCT  

Q: Is this the same product or a different one? What actually changed?

It is the same product — the builder, the editor, your templates, your team workflows are all identical. What changed is the name (RGE Studio) and the context it lives in: it is now presented as the creation environment inside the Really Good Emails ecosystem. 

You also get access to the RGE email inspiration gallery as part of the same experience. The launch also introduces AI Co-Pilot (Beta) — a creation assistant that helps you move from a brief or prompt to a structured email draft faster, with every decision remaining in your hands.

For teams managing brand assets across multiple workspaces, RGE Studio already supports centralized brand consistency — keeping components, styles, and approved templates ready and on brand for everyone. These make your existing workflows smoother.

Q: What is AI Co-Pilot? Should I be worried it will replace my creative work?

AI Co-Pilot is an assistant, not an autopilot. It accelerates the early stages of creation — getting past the blank page, generating a first draft from a brief, iterating on copy and layout — while every decision stays with you. It does not produce finished emails independently. Think of it as getting time back, not giving up control.

It launches as Beta, which is intentional: we want your feedback to shape where it goes next.

Q: What happens to the Beefree Academy and tutorials I've been using?

The Academy and tutorials remain available. Some content will reference the old Beefree UI temporarily — we are updating resources progressively, and any content not yet updated will include a note explaining the name change.

THE BRAND CHANGE  

Q: Why is it called RGE Studio now?

Really Good Emails is one of the most trusted resources in email — a curated gallery of real emails from thousands of brands, used by email professionals worldwide for inspiration. Really Good Emails, and its associated conference named Unspam, became part of Beefree in 2024 to reduce the gap between inspiration and creation: the people who use RGE for inspiration are the same professionals who need a powerful builder. RGE Studio brings those two things together in one place: all the power of the Beefree suite, now inside the Really Good Emails ecosystem.

Q: Is Beefree going away?

No. “Beefree” will keep existing as the home of Beefree SDK and as the company. The end-user creation product is now called RGE Studio, but the company, team, and support structure behind it are the same.

Q: Who do I contact for support?

Support works exactly as it always has. We have moved the Help Center to a new domain (support.reallygoodemails.com), but no worries - any bookmarked pages will redirect you automatically to the new ones. 

TRUST & STABILITY  

Q: Was Beefree acquired? Is the company being sold?

No. There is no acquisition of Beefree. Beefree (BEE Content Design, Inc.) is a US-based business unit of Growens S.p.A., an Italian, publicly-traded company. Beefree acquired Really Good Emails in 2024 and this is the next step in integrating those two products strategically. Beefree remains independent, as a part of the Growens group.

Q: Is this going to keep changing? Should I be looking for alternatives?

We expect continued evolution — and that is a good thing. RGE Studio is a long-term project. The core commitment is to build a better, more useful product for email professionals without disrupting the workflows you already rely on. 

LEGAL 

Q: I'm a Beefree App user. Why do I need to accept new Terms of Service?

As part of the transition to RGE Studio, the Terms of Service for Beefree App and Really Good Emails (RGE Inspiration) have been unified into a single document. Going forward, all users — regardless of which service they originally signed up for — will have access to both RGE Studio (the creation environment) and RGE Inspiration (the email gallery). The unified Terms reflect this expanded access and ensure that the applicable conditions are clearly set out in one place. Your existing obligations and rights under the previous Terms remain unchanged.

An acceptance modal window will appear at your first login after the transition goes live.

Q: Do I need to sign a new contract?

Your contract, your terms, and your data are all exactly as you left them. The product you use every day is now called RGE Studio, and you will be asked to accept an updated set of Terms of Service the first time you log in after the transition — this is a unified version of the terms that already governed your use of the product, now extended to also include the RGE Inspiration Terms of Use.

A quick note on how acceptance works: if your RGE Studio account is managed at the company level, the Terms of Service will be accepted by your account owner on behalf of your organization, just as before. The RGE Inspiration terms, on the other hand, apply to your personal Inspiration account and govern your individual use of the gallery directly with BEE Content Design, Inc.

Nothing changes about how you use either product — this is just a cleaner, consolidated set of terms reflecting how the two tools now sit under the same roof.

Q: I have a custom agreement with Beefree. Will anything change?

No. If you have entered into a custom agreement with BEE Content Design, Inc., all terms of that agreement remain in full force and effect. The transition to RGE Studio does not alter the contractual parties, the service scope, or any negotiated conditions. Accepting the updated Terms of Service in the modal window will only activate your access to RGE Inspiration — it does not modify or supersede your existing custom agreement in any way.

Q: Which terms will apply to me once I accept?

The unified Terms of Service are structured in sections. The terms applicable to you depend on the services you actually use: if you use RGE Studio (the email production suite), the Studio-specific terms apply; if you access RGE Inspiration (the email gallery), those terms apply. Both sets are accessible under a single link and accepted in one step.

Q: Will my personal data be affected by the transition?

The data controller remains BEE Content Design, Inc. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party, and no change of legal entity is taking place. The Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the new brand references (RGE Studio replacing Beefree App), but how your data is collected, used, and protected remains the same.

Q: Where can I find the updated Privacy Policy?

The updated Privacy Policy will be published on the RGE Studio website (reallygoodemails.com) at the time the brand transition goes live. A link to the Privacy Policy will also be accessible directly from the login and registration pages.

Q: Will the cookie settings or consent preferences I have already set be affected?

Your previously recorded cookie consent preferences may need to be reconfirmed if the cookie configuration changes materially. The consent management system will remain compliant with applicable law.
