Which Salesforce product am I using?

The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.

Salesforce is a popular CRM commonly used at many companies. However, the Salesforce environment includes many tools and can be complex to navigate. Today, Beefree offers connectors for two Salesforce products:

1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
2. Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot)

Not sure which Salesforce product you’re using? This guide can help. (You may need to be a Salesforce administrator to find this information.)

1. Sign in to your Salesforce account.
2. Go to the Setup area.
3. In the Quick Find search bar, search “company information” - you should only see one result.
4. Click Company Information, and scroll down to the section called Permission Set Licenses. (Note: you may need to expand this list using the Go to list hyperlink below the table.)
5. The table includes rows for Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud. Installed products are indicated as active in the Status column. 

The example below shows that Account Engagement is active:

If you’re using a different Salesforce product, you may be able to import Beefree HTML manually. You can also fill out this form to request a new connector.
