Exporting to Zoho Mail

Overview

Design your emails in the RGE Studio builder and export them to Zoho Mail for sending. You can connect your Zoho Mail account in two ways:

1. From the Workspace Settings section: connect your Zoho Mail account before you start designing.
2. From the Export options of your email.

Setting up a connector does not sync your designs with external services. If you update a design after exporting it, you must re-export to see the updates. The export file will populate as a new design inside your ESP.

1. Connect from Workspace Settings

Go to Settings > Connectors.

Click Connect for Zoho Mail.

A popup window opens. Sign in to your Zoho Mail account to complete the connector setup. RGE Studio does not store your Zoho Mail credentials. It uses them only to connect your accounts.

2. Connect from Export

When your email is ready, click Export on the Email Details page. You can also export from the actions menu for your email.

Click the Integrations icon for Zoho Mail. If you don’t see it, click More to view all connectors.

On the Integrations screen, scroll or search for Zoho Mail. Click the icon and follow the steps to connect your accounts. RGE Studio skips this step if you already connected.

Zoho Mail requires two additional fields to complete the export:

1. From: This list shows the email addresses allowed to send emails through Zoho Mail. The address you choose appears in the “From” field in Zoho Mail.
2. To email address: Enter an email address for a person or a group (distribution list). This address appears in the “To” field in Zoho Mail.

RGE Studio confirms the export. Your design appears in the Templates section of your Zoho Mail account.

Multiple workspaces/customers

The Enterprise plan lets you set up different workspaces to organize your email creation workflow. You can specify different connectors for each workspace. Each workspace can connect to its own Zoho Mail account. To learn more, see Using Multiple Workspaces.
