Exporting to MailUp

Overview
You can design your emails in RGE Studio and export them directly to MailUp for sending. The connector lets you push any email to MailUp in one click.
There are two ways to connect your MailUp account in RGE Studio:
- From Workspace Settings: connect your MailUp account before you start designing.
- From the Export options of your email.
Setting up a connector does not sync your designs with external services. If you update a design after exporting it, you must re-export to see the updates. The export file will populate as a new design inside your ESP.
1. Connect from Workspace Settings
Go to Settings > Connectors.

Click the Connect button for MailUp.

Fill out the information in the modal and click Connect. A popup window will open. Sign in to your MailUp account to complete the setup. Your MailUp credentials are not stored in RGE Studio. They are only used to establish the connection.

2. Connect from Export
When your email is ready, click the Export button on the Email Details page. This option is also available from the actions menu for your email.

Click the Integrations icon for MailUp. If you don't see it, click More to see all the connectors.

In the Integrations screen, scroll or search for MailUp. Click the icon and follow the steps to connect. If you have already connected, you won't be prompted again.

RGE Studio will connect to your MailUp account and display the lists you can access. If a list isn't visible, check that you have permission to access it in MailUp.

Select the list you want to push the email to and click Continue. RGE Studio will complete the export. In your MailUp account, navigate to the same list. Your email will appear under Messages > Email > Saved.
Multiple Workspaces / Customers
If you work with multiple brands or clients, the Enterprise Plan lets you set up separate workspaces to organize your email creation workflow. You can assign a different MailUp connector to each workspace, so you don't need to switch accounts.
For example, if you manage 10 clients that all use MailUp, you can create 10 workspaces in RGE Studio and connect each to its own MailUp account.

I am trying to connect beefree to MailUp but I get error 500... why?
Hello, I'm having technical and format issues when exporting to mailchimp. There are glitches in the design and there's layout issues and errors in the email designs. Is there any way I could fix this glitch.
