Exporting to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)
Beefree App is now RGE Studio!
The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.
This article applies to the Email builder in all plans.
Level Up your Emails in Brevo
You can easily design your emails in the RGE Studio builder and then push them to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for sending. Our connector allows you to export an email to Brevo with only one click.
Here are 2 ways that you can connect your Brevo account in RGE Studio:
- From the Workspace Settings section: connect your Brevo account before you start designing.
- From the Export options of your email.
Please note that you need a paid Brevo account in order to use this connector.
Follow the steps below or watch our RGE Studio Academy tutorial on how to connect Brevo to RGE Studio:
1. Connect from Workspace Settings
Go to Settings > Connectors.

Click the Connect button for Brevo.

Fill out the information in the modal to begin setting up the connector.

Do you know how to create an API Key in Brevo? Here is an article from the Brevo documentation that explains how to locate it.

Do you have multiple senders on your Brevo account? That's no problem; after you've connected your account, you can select the one you prefer in the dropdown menu.
2. Connect from Export
When your email is ready, click on the Export button found on the Email Details page. This option is also available from the actions menu for your email.

Click on the Integrations icon for Brevo. If you don’t see it from this screen, click More to see all the connectors.

In the Integrations screen, scroll or search for Brevo. Click on the icon and follow the steps to connect your accounts. If you have already connected, you will not be asked to do so again.

RGE Studio will confirm that the email has been successfully exported. The design will now appear in your Brevo account.
Exporting Existing Designs
RGE Studio will recognize if you are exporting an Email that you've already pushed to Brevo. You can update the existing version in Brevo using the Update existing option. This export option will overwrite the existing version. If you want to export a new version of your email instead, use Create as new.

Authorizing RGE Studio's IP address in Brevo
Having problems exporting your design to Brevo with the connector? Your Brevo account may be configured to block unknown IP addresses for security. If this is the case, you will have to authorize RGE Studio's IP address inside Brevo from the Settings > Security > Authorized IPs section to use the connector to export your designs from RGE Studio to Brevo.
The IP address to authorize will be shown in Brevo with a date matching the day you attempted to export your design to Brevo. For more information, please see the Brevo help center documentation here: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/5740111683858-Block-unknown-IP-addresses-for-API-security.
Multiple Workspaces / Customers
Do you work with multiple brands or clients and need to easily manage all your emails and templates?
No problem! The Enterprise Version of RGE Studio allows you to set up different workspaces to better organize your email creation workflow. The Enterprise plan allows you to specify different connectors for each workspace, so you never need to switch accounts.
For example, say you are a digital marketing agency with 10 clients that use Brevo. With Enterprise, you will be able to create 10 workspaces in RGE Studio and connect each of them to their specific Brevo account.
Looking for a different sending platform? You can check our complete list of connectors — or request a new one!
