Exporting Pages to Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Beefree App is now RGE Studio!
The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.
This article applies to the Page builder in all plans.
Overview
Exporting pages to Account Engagement (Pardot) allows you to integrate your RGE Studio page designs for targeted account-based marketing campaigns. By utilizing this feature, you can create visually enhanced and personalized pages in Beefree and then export them directly to Account Engagement (Pardot) for further automation, engagement tracking, and use.
Benefits
Using the Account Management (Pardot) connector in RGE Studio offers the following advantages for exporting pages:
- Easily transfer pages from RGE Studio to Account Engagement without requiring manual download and upload steps.
- Use your designed pages in Account Engagement to align with your account-based marketing strategies.
- Reduce operational inefficiencies by enabling direct exports.
This article will walk you through prerequisites, step-by-step instructions, and key considerations to make the most of this feature.
Prerequisites
Prior to getting started, ensure you have the following:
- Plan Type: All RGE Studio plan types support this functionality.
- Role Type: Any role with the exception of Viewer.
- Account Engagement (Pardot) connection to RGE Studio: View the Exporting to Account Engagement (Pardot) article for additional information on how to complete this.
How to Use
Take the following steps to export pages to Account Engagement:
- Log in to RGE Studio.
- Enter the page design you’d like to export to Account Engagement.
- Click the Export button on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
- Click the Account Engagement (Pardot) icon under Integrations.
- Complete the required information in the modal to export the page.*
- Click Create to confirm the export.
*To export the page, you need to fill out the following fields (the same as those used for email exports):
- Campaign Name: Select the campaign to associate with the page directly in RGE Studio. The drop-down list includes Current and Planned campaigns, but inactive campaigns are excluded.
- Folder: Choose the folder to organize your exported pages within RGE Studio. The list displays all folders created in Account Engagement, including uncategorized (default) folders.
- Tracker Domain: Set the tracker domain for asset links directly in RGE Studio. If you don’t set it here, you’ll need to open the asset in Account Engagement, select a tracker domain from the drop-down menu, and save the asset. The default tracker domain is the primary one (go.pardot.com), but you can customize it with any validated tracker domain. Note that only Administrators and users with the Marketing role can edit or add new marketing assets.
The drop-down menus for these fields automatically populate with options available in your Account Engagement account.
Note: In the event you have not yet connected to the Account Engagement (Pardot) RGE Studio connector, you can reference the Exporting to Account Engagement (Pardot) article for additional information on how to complete this prerequisite step.

Important Considerations
This section outlines important considerations when exporting pages from RGE Studio to Account Engagement (Pardot).
Export Behavior
- Page Location: The exported page is saved in Content >> Landing Pages in Pardot. Using the link in RGE Studio, you can access your account and view the landing page details directly.
- Naming Convention: Exported pages are named {Beefree_page_name}-timestamp to ensure unique names when exporting the same page multiple times.
- Update Option: The Update existing option for pages is not available.
Editing & Compatibility
- Editable Details: After the page is exported to Pardot, you can edit details such as the name, title, meta description, campaign, and tracker domain.
- Page Compatibility: Not all content block types may be supported during the export process. Check compatibility in your design platform beforehand.
Limitations & Errors
- Content Limit: Due to a Pardot limitation, landing pages have a content size limit. Exceeding this limit will result in an error. If you reach Pardot’s landing page number limit, RGE Studio will notify you of the error directly in the app.
- Export Limits: Be aware of any limitations on the number of pages or file sizes that can be exported at once.
