Domains and IPs to Safelist

Beefree App is now RGE Studio!
The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.

Each RGE Studio plan uses a different domain for published pages and previews of email and page designs. If these domains are blocked by your organization’s firewall, antivirus, or network policies, the preview links may not function as expected. 

Please refer to the list below for the domains used by each plan:

In addition to the above, these domains are also used: 

• preview-postedstuff.com: Used for template previews for all plans at the moment.
• pro.bee.us: Used internally to show the HTML preview in the RGE Studio.
• imgdist.com: Used as a CDN for hosting images embedded in your designs for Starter plans.
• media.beefree.cloud: Used as a CDN for hosting images embedded in your designs for our Paid plans.
• cloudfront.net: A retired CDN domain for hosting images embedded in your designs for our Paid plans. 

It may also be useful to note the following IP addresses used by RGE Studio services:

• 52.16.171.98
• 52.58.39.32
• 18.158.188.143

Are you having trouble viewing the design associated with your RGE Studio preview link?

To resolve this issue, ensure that the domains and IP addresses listed above are safelisted in your network and antivirus settings. If you’re part of an organization, we recommend contacting your IT or security team to request that these domains be unblocked.
