Domains and IPs to Safelist

The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.

Each RGE Studio plan uses a different domain. These domains host your published pages and preview links.

Your firewall, antivirus, or network policies might block these domains. When that happens, your preview links may not load correctly.

• preview-postedstuff.com: Used for template previews across all plans right now.
• pro.bee.us: Used internally to show the HTML preview in RGE Studio.
• imgdist.com: A CDN for images in your designs on the Starter plan.
• media.beefree.cloud: A CDN for images in your designs on paid plans.
• cloudfront.net: A retired CDN, previously used for images in your designs on paid plans.

Troubleshooting preview link issues

To fix this, safelist the domains and IP addresses above. Add them to your network and antivirus settings.

If you're part of an organization, contact your IT or security team. Ask them to unblock these domains.
