How to use Zapier with RGE Studio
Beefree App is now RGE Studio!
The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.
This article applies to the Email builder in all plans.
Overview
Zapier connects applications and automates tasks between them. Use it to pass an email from RGE Studio to another application.

Send your email through Zapier
- Create a Zapier account if you don't already have one.
- Create a "zap" with Email by Zapier as the trigger and your destination app as the second application.
- Email by Zapier generates a unique email address. Copy it.
- In your RGE Studio account, use the Send a test email feature to send your email to that address.
- Zapier receives the email and forwards it to your destination app.

Hello, I am would like to know if its possible to export the messages to mailgun ?
Hi Ivan, it appears that Zapier does have some integration with MailGun (https://zapier.com/zapbook/mailgun/): so you could send a message created with BEE via Mailgun that way.
From what I can see in the Mailgun documentation (http://mailgun-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_manual.html#introduction), there is no concept of a template: you always pass the HTML of the message in the API or SMTP call. So there is no concept of "exporting a message/template from BEE (Free or Pro) and saving it in Mailgun".
Hello,
when i try to import the message to gmail via zapier i have problems about html integration. it seems that Gmail doesn't read the content and the result is that the message only shows html codes. What am I doing wrong?
p.s. Also i saw the beefee feature "export to esp" but but it doesn't work for gmail, are you still working on that?
thank you
