How do I delete my RGE Studio account?

The email design suite you already know and love just leveled up. We’re working hard to update our help center, but you still may see some references to the old product name.
This article applies to all plans.
Whenever a RGE Studio account is canceled, it enters our automated deletion queue. This means that if you want to delete your RGE Studio account, you can cancel it from the Subscription page, and the deletion will happen automatically after some time.
How to cancel a RGE Studio account
The BeeRGE Studio free account owner can cancel an account from the Subscription page in RGE Studio in the right-side panel under “Leave RGE Studio”:

This screenshot is from a free Starter plan. The Overview will look slightly different for paid plans, but the Leave RGE Studio section will appear in the right-side panel for all accounts.

Note that if you’re using a free Starter plan, requesting a cancellation will cancel the account after a few days and then queue it for automatic deletion.
If you’re using a paid plan, cancelling your RGE Studio account will schedule the cancellation to happen at the end of your current billing period before it’s queued for automatic deletion. If you want to delete your paid account sooner than that, we recommend canceling the subscription in RGE Studio as a first step and then contacting our Support team via a support ticket.
Downgrade vs. cancellation
We are not able to restore an account once it has been deleted from our system, so if you’re thinking about returning to RGE Studio in the future and would like to find your designs stored in your account, we always recommend downgrading your account to our free Starter plan instead of cancelling it altogether.
GDPR deletion requests
If you’d like to request a full deletion of your RGE Studio account and personal information as per GDPR regulations, please create a ticket with your request for our Support team: Contacting RGE Studio Support or send us an email at privacy@beefree.io. We recommend always canceling your account via self-service from the Subscription page as a first step. Keep in mind that only the account owner can request the deletion of an account.
