Overview
The RGE Studio support team is available Monday through Friday. Our specialists work across time zones in the US and Europe. Email is our primary support channel. You can also check your support requests in this help center.

From RGE Studio
Use the Help icon to open a support ticket. It's available throughout RGE Studio. Look for the question mark icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

In the builder, the Help icon moves to the top bar. Click it to connect directly to Lumi.
Lumi uses our help center articles and website to answer your questions. You can also ask Lumi to open a support ticket at any time. Click the three dots icon to download a copy of the chat transcript.

From the Help Center
Click Submit a Request on the top banner to open a ticket. Log in first for a faster response.
Lumi is also available in the help center. Click the icon in the lower right corner to start a chat. If Lumi can't help, you can open a ticket through the chat.

To check an existing ticket, click your name in the top right corner. Select My activities. You can also respond to your support requests from this section.

From Anywhere
You can also reach us without accessing RGE Studio or the help center. Fill out the contact form on our website. You can also email us at support@reallygoodemails.com.
